He started his career in the retail division of Mizuho Securities. Inspired by his business clients, he started an English conversation school. There, he became interested in people's learning and growth. After selling the business, he joined COACH A and was assigned to Singapore and Bangkok. He has provided executive coaching and organizational development projects for localization to over 100 companies in Southeast Asia.
Aspire Global is further strengthening organizational and capacity development for overseas subsidiaries around the world. Its mission is to increase the number of Japanese companies with a growth culture by utilizing the constantly emerging success and failure cases in its services.

He has been in China since 1996. He worked in recruitment at Pasona Shanghai, and in compensation system design at PwC and Mercer. He became interested in coaching as a motivation measure other than compensation and joined Coach A. He contributed to the launch of the Shanghai base. He obtained ICF Professional Coach certification and became independent in 2020. He currently provides training and executive coaching using coaching to China and other Western and Asian countries. He specializes in revitalizing Japanese companies in China, supporting the transition of expatriates, and improving the motivation of Chinese employees. He has a track record in China of over 300 companies, and has supported over 500 general managers and managers. At Aspire Global, he has raised the quality of coaching services to the world's top level and is a global leader in coach training.

Harry Kawasumi Harry Kawasumi
After graduating from university in San Diego, California, he worked in Japanese and American companies as a systems engineer and sales manager. During his time as a sales manager, he was involved in human resource development and guidance with the mottos of "praise and encourage" and "discover and develop the individuality and strengths of his subordinates." He discovered coaching as a method to achieve this. As a result of utilizing coaching as a method to manage a team with various backgrounds and values and achieve results, he felt a solid response in both sales performance and employee retention. He studied the skills in earnest at Coach U and obtained a professional coaching qualification. He currently works at Aspire Global USA, where he provides organizational development consulting to Japanese companies in the US and executive coaching to expatriates.

He has been interested in Japan since he was in junior high school, and passed the Level 1 Japanese Language Proficiency Test in his first year of high school. After graduating from a university in Sydney, he came to Japan. After working as a global communication trainer at Hitachi, he worked at a venture consulting firm, where he is involved in leadership development for foreign companies in Japan. At Aspire Global, he works as a consultant from the client's perspective, understanding the unverbalized needs of clients and working hard to create services that lead to results.
