Background of program development
How can you contribute to a foreign country in a limited time of only a few years? It is important to clarify your role, that is, to increase local productivity and take the organization to the next phase, with the understanding that you will be gone in a few years.
Abilities are developed through difficult situations at work. Turning Point is designed so that both subordinates and superiors can simultaneously achieve practical goals and develop their abilities, with local members achieving stretch goals (=developing work execution capabilities) and expatriates coaching local members to help them achieve challenging goals (developing training capabilities).
