Cultivating a mindset in each individual to shape the branch's future will strengthen the organization.

We want our young employees to demonstrate leadership, share ideas, and increase the number of customers on the San Francisco-Japan route. To achieve this, we will work together to develop services. Our goal was to foster in them the mindset to create the future of the branch.

Turning Point classes provide opportunities for input and practice of skills, so I was able to get an idea of what it would be like in the workplace before I actually applied myself. There were participants from other regions of the United States and Southeast Asia in the class, so the experiences of the other participants were useful to me.

Although the rate at which each member achieved their goals varied, I believe I was able to contribute to them having a sense of purpose and a sense of challenge. By practicing coaching, I was able to see many new sides of the members.
